Jimmy Blindkilde
Co-Owner & President
Jimmy Blindkilde is a co-owner and President of Thorland Supply.
In 2021, Jimmy, and his partner, created Thorland Supply to fill a product gap in the construction and building industry.
Jimmy is a Carpenter by trade with more than 30 years of experience working in the residential construction industry.
His entrepreneurial drive led him to start his first business as a Framing Contractor in 1999. The success of this company, along with his strong business acumen, commitment to exceeding customers’ expectations and quality workmanship, drove Jimmy to start his successful custom home and renovation company in 2007, where he is currently President and General Manager.
With an interest in innovation and a focus on safety and efficiency, Jimmy is committed to bringing new products to market that will assist in all sectors of the construction industry.
Phil Ness
Co-Owner & Chief Operating Officer
Phil Ness is a co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of Thorland Supply.
In 2021, Phil, and his partner, created Thorland Supply to fill a product gap in the construction and building industry.
For the last 16+ years, Phil was the Vice President of Operations at Compass Energy Systems Ltd. (Compass) and helped establish Compass as a leading provider of compression and process packages, with more than 350 employees.
Continuous innovation is at the core of everything Phil does, and he is constantly looking for ways to enhance operational processes and systems. His hands-on approach, and can-do attitude have provided many clients with creative and innovative solutions.
